About me:

I began my career at Haslemere Health Centre in 2016 as a Receptionist.

In 2018 I was offered the opportunity to take on the frailty role within the practice, to work more closely with our more vulnerable patients and develop an understanding of their complex care needs.

Over time this position has evolved into my current role as a Care Coordinator specialising in navigating complex care pathways, ensuring individuals and families receive timely support and smooth transition between primary and secondary healthcare services.
