Changes to Same-Day Appointment Requests
To help us provide the right care to the right patient at the right time, all same-day appointment requests will now be managed through an online form: Patient information - Accurx Patient Portal
The form asks about your medical concern and any symptoms you are experiencing. This information helps our clinical team assess your needs and ensure that requests are prioritised according to clinical urgency.
Once your form has been reviewed, a member of our clinical team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
If you are unable to complete the form yourself, please don't worry — a member of our team can complete it with you either over the phone or at the practice.
