Temporary Prescription Processing Delays
Due to a high volume of prescription requests over the Easter period, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing requests.
At present, prescription requests are taking around 7 days to be processed.
Please be assured that we are working hard to reduce this turnaround time to 3 working days as quickly as possible. Our team is actively working through the backlog and prioritising requests.
To help us manage demand and process requests more efficiently, we kindly ask patients not to submit duplicate requests, as this can cause further delays.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to restore our usual service levels.
